Iselyn Dallas

Iselyn Dallas is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in infant and adolescent medicine. Iselyn Dallas, ARNP joined the Lakeside Pediatrics team on September 1, 2004. Ms. Dallas brings with her 23 years of medical experience, eight of which has been as an ARNP. She obtained her Bachelors and Masters Degree from the University of South Florida. Ms. Dallas was also an adjunct faculty clinical instructor for Hillsborough Community College.

She is an author of two books: “Don’t Let Your Elevator Get Stuck on Stupid”, survival tips for teens, and “Fueled by Greatness”. She is a mentor and success coach for teens and teaches a teen mentor group at Brandon Boys and Girls Club.

She is a motivational speaker for many arenas, and the CEO of Duckling to Diva, Inc., a young women’s empowerment organization, www.ducklingtodiva.com and CEO of I’m a Survivor, Inc., a breast cancer fund raising nonprofit organization that raises funds for breast cancer organizations and individuals in need of financial assistance. Mrs Dallas lives in Tampa Florida with her husband and two children. She enjoys traveling, music, and spending time with family and friends.

Catherine Jones

Catherine Jones

Catherine Jones is a native Floridian. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelors of Science in Business Management as well as her Florida Teaching Certificate and has been a teacher of children K-5 since 1999.

Currently a third grade teacher at Griffin Elementary School, Mrs. Jones wears many hats. She works as the schools’ technology coach by helping teachers integrate technology into their classrooms; has been coaching chess for ten years and currently coaches children from kindergarten to fifth grade; as well as being the coach for a local soccer league.

She currently lives with her husband and three children in Lakeland Florida.

Ayanna Rolette, M.D.

Ayanna Rolette

Dr. Ayanna Rolette is a Board Certified Pediatrician and partner physician with Lakeside Pediatrics since 1995. She did her undergraduate work at Tufts University in the Boston area, went to medical school at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her pediatrics residency at Shands Hospital at the University of Florida. She was recently re-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in 2001.

She is married and the mother of 3 boys and tries to use her real world experience in advice with patients. Her special interests include the care of problems such as asthma, and chronic constipation. She is former Chairperson of the Pediatrics Department at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. She is the current Vice President of the Lakeland Regional Medical Executive Committee, and the first woman to hold that position. She is also Chairperson of the QIRM Committee. She is committed to excellence and quality care of the children of this community.

Terri Yearicks

Terri Yearicks

Terri Yearicks is a full time Technology Teacher, Network Manager/ITV Teacher/WebMaster at an elementary school in Lakeland, FL. She has a bachelor's of arts degree in special education and holds teaching certificates in special education in Florida and New Jersey. She lives in Lakeland, FL with her husband David and younger son Chris. Her older son Nick lives in Orlando, FL and her stepdaughter Andrea and 3 grandchildren live in New Jersey.
