Dragon of Kingdom
Dragon of Kingdom by Jadaine Fraser
Dragon of Kingdom is a story about a young girl who was lonely because her father kept her isolated from other girls her age just because she is a Princess. She was protected by a fierce Dragon who loved her and vowed not to let anyone hurt her, but in that vow, was not aware that he was hurting her or how unhappy she was. Both the Dragon and her father the King lost her when she ran away.
This story teaches a lesson about not judging others based on how they look and what they wear. It touches on love and how we all see and react differently to love. Princess Omia’s dad loved her very much, yet his love for her was stifling her. It shows how sometimes, our family does the wrong thing to protect us without knowing because they believe they are doing the right thing. It’s also about over coming obstacles and being willing to make sacrifices for true happiness, and remembering to forgive.
