Be sure to follow these guidelines and download as many copies as you would like to share with your School, Neighbors, Afterschool programs and Church. We encourage you to get involved with your child/students commendable decision to participate in this amazing book project. Help them with research, ideas, and show them how to stay focus. Use this opportunity as a teacher, parent, friend, sibling, school, librarian, afterschool administrator and tutor to show your participating student how to channel the media news and refocus the information in critical essay writing format.

Students are disqualified only if:
- It becomes clear that the student did not write their essay. For example: A 10 year old writing a college level paper.
- All guidelines were not followed.
- Signed notarized permission form was not returned.
- We receive the same essays from two different individuals.
- All guidelines and submission requirements are not followed.
